Hello the fans of my gpu do not spin after the 60 degrees C mark is pass as it should be, i have changed the Vbios to stock and still they do not spin, now the card works perfect untyl it reaches the 90 degress C, it is a used card it was tested with about 30 minutes of gameplay and it worked 100%, after installing the card worked fine for about 2 hours, went to sleep next day found this issue.
